Our Programs

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect approach for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and competative atheletes. We scale load and intensity for personalization within the program.


BODY BLAST, a 45 minute interval strength class, is 100% CrossFit but with NO heavy lifting or complex barbell movements. GET-IT-AND-GO.

Why BODY BLAST? BODY BLAST is designed to maximize time, calorie burn, build strength, and promote overall fitness. These classes require zero experience. These classes are a great CrossFit entry point and can also be the perfect stand alone program that you can benefit from indefinitely.

What you should expect: 45 minutes of coach led instruction, including warm-up and a high intensity workout. Just show up, do the work, and get results.


CROSSFIT is the prescription to make change and progress in your fitness. Train hard, get fit, and look good naked. Our CROSSFIT programming is suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes.

Why CROSSFIT? It’s simple… it works. Whether you are in your first month of classes or have been CrossFit Training for years, these workouts have everything you need to be more awesome.

What to expect: 1 hour coach led group class that includes a warm-up, a skill or strength component, and a metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout. Coaches are involved throughout each class to ensure safety and provide guidance on technique and scaling workouts to your personal fitness level.
